The grate itself was divided into heat and flame regulation zones. Main, central zone is the basic source of the flames and is constantly lit, while others, shaped to form concentric rings, that surround it can be lit and put out according to the users wish, to maintain desired density and flame size.
The entire set consists of two types of grates - double, stationary in a panel form, which may be attached to the kitchen's worktop, and a singular, portable, perfect for parties or outdoor cooking.
